Everyone knows Halloween is about playing pretend and finding the best chocolate. But when Boone’s best friend picks out the strangest costumes with an odd backstory that makes Wynn blush, Boone has to acknowledge that something is up. Author’s A Halloween Kind of Night is a standalone novella that starts at a private Halloween party at Skyler’s café. You do not need to have read the other books in the series to enjoy this story. The only thing you need to know is that Skyler is a nosy drama queen and he loves playing matchmaker.
