The year is 1928. In the aftermath of the Great War, Berlin is bright, bold, boisterous... and brimming with vampires. *** When twenty-one-year-old Agnes Weber steps off the train, her plan is simple: she's going to move in with her brother, work as a secretary at a popular evening paper, and maybe finally get the chance to kiss a girl or two.
