The success of the future, in the tower of Ice, can only come from facing the horrors of the past.

In the freezing waters of the far north, they journey to Magda’s place of birth amongst the Oceanics. It is an unwelcome place and a reminder of all she has lost. Her family, her home, and her name. Named Stoner and landlocked, for an Oceanic this is a dishonour and a fate worse than death. To return to the float again places her life, and those with her, at risk.

She must be bold and certain as she defends her honour and birth right against those who would rather she was dead. Failure is not an option, the costs are too high.
