This book is a M/M romance, a story of romance and bromance. And while this book could potentially be read as a standalone, it is best enjoyed after reading the duet, An Untraditional Fairy Tale, as you will have a better feel of the characters. While most of it is set prior to the previous releases, the prequel and final chapter takes place afterwards and will have spoilers regarding the other books.
