Rick has to clean up his image. It’s not his being gay that’s seen as an issue. It’s the drinking, the motorcycle he’s so fond of, and his countless run-ins with the press that are causing his family huge embarrassment. And while he didn’t ask to be next in line to the throne, it’s the hand he’s been dealt, so none of these things can stand.

Enter Benjamin Roberts.

Director of a children’s charity, gaining royal patronage is quite the boon for him. For Rick, it gives him yet another temptation he finds impossible to resist. But Ben isn’t just a commoner, he’s a single father too, will that be enough to make Rick rethink, or is he just determined to push his tradition flouting rebellion too far? Is this love reason enough to risk everything? Does he let his heart overrule his head, or is his royal duty more important?
