Overview

Every god leads their people into battle... For the second time in five years, Kita commands her forces against the city of Leedings. But this time, no trick will drive the Sturmtruppen out. The cost of conquest could bleed Kita's forces white, and demand a sacrifice Kita isn't prepared to make. Not everyone agrees with Kita's leadership, though, and one would seize it for herself... When the war comes to Arcone, at the most desperate hour, a heinous act of revenge shakes Kita's faith in herself, allowing Snowy a chance at glory. When Snowy's leadership falters, Kita is called upon to save Arcone—by turning to the enemy, Snowy takes her failings out on everyone and must be saved from herself... When Snowy refuses to relinquish control of Kita's army, Kita must turn to her oldest friend to save her partner or risk losing her forever.
