Overview

Sara had served in the Army for many years. She loved her country. But when the horrors of war began to plague her, the country and the military that she served faithfully fail her. In the wake of WWIII, she finds herself back home with her best friend, Gwen and her husband. The demons of war don't just live on the battlefields. They live in the minds of those who come home. They strip men of their senses and their families. But, that is the one thing that Gwen isn't going to let happen. She isn't going to let Sarah become another statistic. Gwen just wants to help Sara back from the brink and help her get her family back. She may have brought her home, but the war is still inside Sarah's head. As they both fight for Sarah's life, they realize that the battles overseas were the easy part. It is their journey of friendship that will actually save Sara's soul and help her find a peace she can deal with that will bring her back to life.
