Overview

Alyssa Kelly was an individual who could walk into a room and a surge of energy could be felt. She was the epitome of positive thinking and always had a smile to offer to anyone with whom she came into contact. She was attractive to the young men in high school and when she reached college, it was the same story. Most women would appreciate the attention, but Alyssa had grown tired of the attention.

Alyssa wanted to change her life. She came to Washington State University not only to receive a degree, but to experience new things and to expand her horizons in a location where she was just another young woman; not the Prom Queen, not the girlfriend of the star quarterback, and not the student with the 4.0 grade point average.

It was time for the butterfly to emerge from the chrysalis and spread her wings.
