Overview

Dan's happy in his house, and he would be even happier if the things in it worked properly. Fortunately, his new landlord Gabriel is here to fix everything. Even more fortunately, Gabriel is the most beautiful man Dan has ever seen.

Gabriel wasn't expecting to suddenly inherit either a house or a tenant, but both those things have happened to him. The house is a mess but the tenant is stunning and Gabriel is more than happy to deal with both.

The two men embark on a passionate fling, neither of them looking for anything serious. Their hearts, however, have other ideas.
