Richard Clayson is a slave to his addiction, the idea of Beau, the thought of beauty, so transparent and transcending, ingeniously in the form of a perfect person. A battle within, against the demon's voice in his head. However, what happens when someone exposes him? Now he's gone too far. Sunk far too low. Too deep in the mouth of the cave he cannot see the entrance. His life is ruined. If he could, he would stop the world from turning, the heavens from opening up and beaming sunlight down on them.
