The murders are starting to stack up on Delta Steven's beat, and they aren’t your run-of-the-mill, crimes-of-passion type deal, either. Someone is clearly trying to send Delta and her crew some kind of message, but what is going on? And, more importantly, who’s behind it?

When Delta’s longtime friend and confidant, Connie, notices the crimes are patterned after her latest video game, Delta must step back and allow for player two to help take on the mysterious madman behind it.
