Poppy’s life is about to change, which means she needs to make some big decisions about the future. She has been in a relationship with Felicity for the last 7 years, after meeting each other when Poppy started work for a fashionable retail store where Felicity was already employed.

Poppy was young, naive, shy, and fell totally in love with Felicity and couldn’t believe her luck when she discovered she was interested in her. Felicity, two years older, was the exact opposite of Poppy, as she was loud, confident, and always with a large group of friends being the center of attention.

But after finally becoming an item a few months later, the last 7 years has not always been plain sailing for them with many arguments, and even break ups down the years. Although they always got back together, this time Poppy is not so sure this is the road she wishes to take when coming to a crossroads in her life.

Plus, now there is Jenna, who unexpectedly came into Poppy’s life and has made her see life differently. There is a life out there away from Felicity if only Poppy could escape the love that has been holding her back for so long.

Faced with Felicity spending any spare time she has with the new neighbour Cindy, who Poppy discovered Felicity had slept with when the truth finally came out after previously being kept in the dark. Poppy must decide what she wants to do.
