She needed a fake girlfriend to take home with her, and she enlisted me to help her.

Heather and I have been best friends since the first day of college. When the holiday break comes up, Heather starts complaining about her parents view of her orientation. Heather is a lesbian and I’m straight, but she’s convinced if she brings home a ‘long-term’ girlfriend, it’ll help her parents to stop viewing her lesbianism as a phase.

But as a straight girl, there’s no way I can be convincing enough to help her, right? Only once we’re there and she’s flirting with me, it starts to feel so real it makes me dizzy. The most worrying part is how I don’t want it to end. The more we pretend, the more I wish it was real.
