Downloading Her Waterfall

There is a rumor about an employee that has become a distraction for the rest of my staff, and I learn when it is already too late that not every rumor needs to be addressed. Janice Calrige has been employed by my company for six months, and the rumor is six months old, taking me aback that I am just hearing about it.
