It was 2006 when Andy Sachs tossed her phone in Les fontaines de la Concorde and left Miranda Priestly stranded without an assistant in the middle of Paris Fashion Week. Almost a year later, a chance encounter turns out to be only the beginning as Andy soon realizes that a life without Miranda Priestly may not be what she seeks after all.
