Her whole life, Gwen was compared to her Great-Grandmother, a woman she never met. Other than sharing the same name, she can't understand how she could possible be alike to the same lady who started the popular clothing brand she will inherit someday. Her life is a mess, she is always late, can't finish her designs in time although she works around the clock, but all this is about to change, when Gwen finds herself sent back in time to the 1930's.

Taken in by a family who insist she is their niece, Gwen has no other option than to play along. She meets Doctor Brown, a rather peculiar man with feminine features and, as the days go by, Gwen realizes that she is...her own Great-Grandmother. And Doctor Brown? There is a secret there that (s)he's been harboring for too long.
