I'm not sure who I fell in love with first, John or Robert Morgan. It was a childhood crush but one that I really never got over. I Recall falling into Roberts arms while playing tag and him kissing me right there in front of everyone. Robert was two years older than I at the time, it was my first kiss. I guess it really wasn't a big deal two boys kissing but for me, it was everything. The intense interest aroused in the public by what was known at the time as "The Tylor Case" has now somewhat been forgotten. Nevertheless, in view of the world-wide notoriety which attended it, I have been asked, both by my friend Morris and the family themselves, to write an account of the whole story. This, we trust, will effectually silence the sensational rumors which still persist long after the drama was concluded. I will therefore briefly set down the circumstances which led to my being connected with the events of the case and my friendship with those involved. I had been injured and sent home from the Front; and, after spending some months in a rather depressing Convalescent Home, was given a month's sick leave. Having no close relations or friends, I was trying to make up my mind what to do, when I ran across John Morgan at the Café at Kings Cross.
