Overview

Joy desperately needs an apartment she can afford—and in a hurry. Carol is in a rush to find a place, too. Rather than fight over who gets the lease to a rare gem in the tight San Francisco housing market, they decide to join forces and share the place before anyone else can snap it up. Joy hopes to at least co-exist with the beautiful Carol, who seems intent on always getting her way and is way out of Joy's league. Carol wonders if she can get along with the stubborn woman who could stand between her and having a nice, elegant home to live in. If they can settle their conflicts, will their burgeoning friendship remain just that, or will it grow into something so much more?
