Overview

A serial killer is terrorizing Brisbane, strangling women in dark places of the city. Journalist, Mac Griffith, arrives home from Afghanistan to find her sister has vanished into thin air. Used to digging for information in dangerous places, she begins to investigate her sister's disappearance. When Mac becomes a target, she has to go on the run. As the body count rises, Detective Rachel Anderson battles to find clues to connect the dots to the killer. What she doesn't need is an amateur detective taking matters into her own hands. But Mac's not a stranger, and they have a history that both of them can't ignore. Tensions rise as the clock ticks down to another murder, and they find themselves drawn into a sinister web of madness and revenge.
