The blood of the past always comes knocking.

When war journalist Joshua Sayeed decides to stop covering the conflicts in the middle east, he tries to take refuge in working for a simple tabloid in Washington DC, covering the new law enforcement department created specifically for super powered people, and maybe get closer to the man that he has fallen in love with at first glance: Containment Agent Marko.

But when whispers of his past catch up with him, and he stumbles upon the corruption in the Department, he’ll realize all too late that he has stumbled into more danger than he escaped from.
