No one understands it. But does it matter? This is about Abbey and me and how much we have to endure, the hill we have to climb, the sacrifices we have to make for our love. To everyone, it is not worth it when I can have any woman I want because I’m beautiful and I’m successful. They are looking at something that runs so deep from a superficial point of view. They don’t know the fire that burns inside me for Abbey, or the depth to which she loves me. I have nothing to prove to anyone – not when I have all that I could ever want in this amazing woman. The love in her eyes and the way she blushes after all this time gives me the strength to be patient because, one day, she will come home to me and the past will be behind us.
