My childhood best friend has married one of the world's biggest rockstars - Brodie James. I'm not into the music scene, but my partner Sasha is. As a former male model with his face plastered on billboards, he's no stranger to attention and has rubbed shoulders with countless celebrities.

But not Brodie's. His celebrity idol and crush.

With Brodie's band on a break from touring, I reach out to my friend Van and invite them both for a weekend of R & R at my mountain lodge.

Old friendships are renewed, new ones are made and unexpected discoveries abound.
