Overview

Life’s easier after graduation, right?

Wrong!

Margie dreams of opening her very own bakery, but more than her youth and lack of business knowledge are working against her. It’s going to take more than a dream and a wish to step onto the path to entrepreneurship and most of those around her don’t offer more than half-baked hope.

Her peaceful plans of spending the summer working at a local bakery and hanging out with her girl friend of three months, Bliss, gets ruined when a plague of post-high school break-ups sweep through her group of friends and her run-away dad returns to the states with a new love interest and divorce papers for her mom to sign.

Surrounded by crumbling relationships and lost dreams can Margie find a way to put her own half-baked dreams back into the oven and bake them to perfection before it’s too late?

About Avery Taylor Adams

Avery Taylor Adams is the author of several novels, mostly lesbian fiction. She was born in the Appalachia Foothills, where many of her books take place. She's lived all over the east coast and in parts of the Midwest. She currently calls home whichever room her pup, Daryl, is in.

When she's not writing (and let's face it, that isn't often) she enjoys hanging out with her closest friends, reading, binge-streaming her favorite shows, and an active spiritual practice of eclectic paganism. She also has a very difficult time figuring out what she does with all of her time, hence, not much is listed here. So, she must write more than she thinks. :P

She recently came out of her last major closet and now collects an excessive amount of pride gear for both her and the pup!
