It's been twelve years since Faith Cahill and Chandler Reynolds fell in love. A lot has happened over those twelve years. Faith found moderate success as an actress in New York. Chandler is fulfilling her dream of becoming a doctor. The couple even had a baby girl together, Kylie. There's only one problem. They're not together anymore.
