Just when things were settling down in Hartland, a new threat to the town emerges. Fires are destroying lives as an arsonist has targeted the residents. The Hartland Fire Department will fight the flames, but will it be enough? Caleb Doherty was devastated when his last boyfriend had only used him to throw off suspicion that he was one of the Hartland vigilantes.
