When Harry Kaufman wakes up in a puddle of blood and with no memory of how he got there, Harry knows he’s screwed. He’s arrested by Jed, the Beta of the Crawford City Pride. Harry thinks Jed will put him behind bars, not take him captive. Harry is both in awe and scared of the dangerous and sexy lion shifter. In spite of his precarious situation, Harry can't deny he's slowly falling for his captor.

Harry is the key to flushing out the last of the pride’s hyena shifter enemies. What Jed didn’t count on was falling for the human. Harry's resilient, sassy and unlike anyone Jed’s ever met. All he wants to do is to protect Harry and find those responsible for the murders Harry’s framed for. Jed’s always been at the top of his game. Jed always put his pride first but it's also time he focused on his own personal needs and take Harry as his mate.
