Not only has the thought of Maverick Rogers and his power and influence kept Heather from fully living her life for years, but as it turns out, now that she’s finally in a relationship with the girl she loves, her ex-husband has decided to send threatening notes and stalkers her way. Heather is terrified of what he will do if he decides to blow the whistle on her and Penny’s romance. It is everything she has ever feared, happening right before her eyes without any way to stop it.
