I have until midnight to save my neck. Literally.

On Halloween night, I’m stuck closing up shop alone, counting down the minutes to freedom. Just when I think I’m in the clear, a mysterious figure wearing a jack-o’-lantern appears out of nowhere. He claims to be the Spirit of Halloween, and after revealing what’s under his pumpkin head, I'm convinced.

He tells me he wants a new head, specifically mine. But there’s a if I can complete three tasks before the clock strikes twelve, he’ll spare me. With no other option, I dive headfirst into his wild game.

As an agent of mischief for the Spirit of Halloween, I'm forced to confront Dale, my dad’s best friend who’s been living in our basement—and driving me insane. He’s infuriatingly hot, and as the night unfolds, our already contentious relationship is pushed to the limit.

It's a race against the clock, but my third and final task stops me in my tracks. Am I prepared to do whatever it takes to win the game, or will I lose my head—literally and figuratively—by midnight?
