DS Charlie Rees has been sent … on holiday.

His boss says Charlie is burned out and needs a break from crime.

The first day is pretty quiet. The rest, not so much. Charlie spends it trying to find out who killed the sexy lifeguard and left the body in the room next door. Then it turns out that main suspect is the man Charlie spent the night with.

This is a standalone novella which can be read as the beginning the DS Charlie Rees series.
