She sends an e-mail around to prisons and mental institutions to search new volunteers for her research. That’s how she meets Demi, a twenty three year old inmate with severe behavioral issues. She falls in love with Demi and instead of bringing her to the research facility, Vera takes her home to her private lab instead. There Demi gets a little bit more than she’d bargained for. While she does receive treatment for her behavioral issues and she no longer suffers from her aggressive tantrums, she also learns how to regress, how to behave like a little girl, and how to be totally helpless and dependent on Vera.
