Overview

When aspiring singer/songwriter Addison Latimer sees guitarist Quinn Jacobs performing in a bar one night, she is instantly captivated by beautiful, blonde woman.

Quinn is beyond beautiful with a shock of blonde hair, caramel-brown eyes and the longest eyelashes Addy has ever seen. After finding out that Quinn plays regularly each Saturday night, Addy starts coming to the bar just to see her and eventually plucks up the courage to speak to her.

Quinn is everything Addy hoped she’d be-gorgeous, cool and great company. Unfortunately, Quinn is already taken-and more importantly, she is straight which means a no-go area for Addy.

Addy finds her writer’s block is suddenly broken by the arrival of Quinn in Addy’s life. The more she sees of her, the more she is inspired by her character and unattainable status. Addy writes and writes, and her songs are the best she’s ever written.

When she is suddenly discovered and thrown into the limelight, Addy’s life changes overnight. Instantly famous, Addy goes from zero to hero. The world adores her, and she becomes a household name.

Ten years later, writer’s block has hit Addy hard. She’s due to tour soon and is expected to write her next album. Addy finds herself thinking of her muse, Quinn, from years ago when she last experienced this lack of creativity.

As if she’s summoned her up from the universe, Quinn walks into the band auditions out of nowhere, completely stunning Addy with how amazing she is once again.

Addy immediately takes her on as her guitarist and is determined to take this second chance with an older, more experienced Quinn who is now more open to her advances.
