When malicious pranks and mayhem break out in Myrtle Beach just before Halloween, psychic medium Simon Kincaide suspects a supernatural source. He teams up with homicide detective Vic D’Amato, his personal and professional partner, to find the prankster and stop the havoc before lives are lost.
