Overview

Despite being a cat shifter, Charlie's immense dislike of dogs has never been a major issue for him. He can work alongside them, biting his tongue. He can interact with them on a day by day basis. He can manage. But, when his cousin abruptly informs him that he'll be abroad for the next five months and suggests he sublet the room in their apartment, Charlie has all of one day to get a new roommate before rent is due.

And, naturally, who else but some alpha werewolf shows up at his door? Charlie's desperate and the wolf's insistent. Horror seeps in as the papers are signed.

Can he really make this work? Or will he end up strangling this overly energetic beast of a man?

Ringo, as his friends call him, is graduated and working professionally. He's been interested in moving for a few months now, but when he spies an ad by someone with the same name as his childhood best friend he can't help himself—he has to know if it's really him! And it is!

But, Charlie practically tries to close the door in his face! What gives? Of course, he doesn't know Ringo is the pup from his past. Maybe he doesn't even remember. But, since when does the feline shifter hate dogs?

Unable to suppress his curiosity, Ringo moves in. How can he not? It's his one chance to reunite with his first crush, after all!

No Dogs Allowed is a 25,000 word, self-contained story with all the ups and downs of two idiots attempting to reconcile the past, a steamy finale, and a very happily ever after.

This story takes place in the City of Crow, where the magical is the norm.
