When eighteen-year-old Hunter Jackson and his half sister, Ashlin, return to their dad’s for the fir

Football jock Hunter's got a set of rules for his new roommate Elliot:
Elliot doesn't mind most the rules; there's a certain thrill in obeying, and a definite pleasure in submission. But that last one proves a lot more difficult than he anticipated, especially surrounded by so many athletic, powerful, arrogant alpha males. Elliot's about to lose his mind with frustration, and for someone as starved for attention and thirsty for domination as Elliot, that kind of frustration can be dangerous.
Hunter faces his own dangers, especially in the form of the campus cop who catches him and the other members of the Squad doing one of their initiation rituals. Now he has to find a way to pay off the cop and keep the other members of the Squad happy. For one thing, he's learning that he has a noblesse oblige, a duty of those at the top of the hierarchy to care for those under them, and Hunter's never been particularly good at caring. To top it off, the Squad is growing out of Hunter's control. People Hunter doesn't even know claim to be members, and that means someone in the Squad is doing his own initiations.
Or maybe not. Maybe it means something else. Maybe the Squad isn't quite what Hunter thought it was in the first place, and maybe for all his rules, he's never really been the one in control.
