'Tis the season to be merry and nurse Seth Finley prepares to celebrate his favorite holiday...Christmas! He loves the songs, lights, decorations, and the giving of gifts. The only thing he lacks is someone special to spend it with. When a tattooed hottie comes into the ER with his mother, Seth can't help but make a Christmas wish of his own.

Jake Cranston is a self-named Scrooge and he hates the holidays. The reindeer songs, the snow, the fake cheer, and this year he especially hates the hospital where his beloved mother ended up after her heart attack.
