Courtney is in her mid-thirties and is a successful businessperson with an equal share in a greeting card company with her ex-girlfriend Libby, an idea that came to them after a drunken romp about twelve years ago. She has an apartment which overlooks the river, and an expensive car, a black convertible. She has her girlfriend Fay, to keep her satisfied, and to see to her every whim inside and outside of the bedroom, but that doesn’t stop her cheating. Life is good for Courtney but that is all about to change when she meets the older woman Maddie, and life becomes a challenge.You see Courtney, has never felt love before, or so she thinks, and these feelings are all rather strange to her.
