Beth Mulholland has her own successful dental practice in an affluent area of London. She lives to work and carries the guilt of her fathers death around with her. Close friends Caroline and Andrew are concerned for the dentist's well-being if she does not rid herself of the guilt soon. Jodie Taylor is an attractive American and a business associate of Andrew's.
