Overview

A new villain has completely drained a superhero of his powers. Curious if this is connected to the way Power Play lost his powers before, he investigates. This leads him to an enemy from his past that has new abilities, including sapping superheroes of their powers. Power Play tries to get away, but he gets overpowered. He's no match for the Sadist!
