Cody and Alemen grew up as honorary members of the Homestead. They were in the first students of the school and were raised side-by-side with the the other boys.

Which is why when Gunner wants the history of the Homestead recorded he turns to them. Cody is an amazing writer and Alemen is an awesome artist; together they are tasked with publishing the history of the Homestead.

During their research they discover shocking tidbits about each family and their connection to not only the community but also each other. They also stumble upon a family journal that will change all of their lives.

Will they be able to tell the Homestead’s story and preserve Zion’s Legacy or will they fail leaving history buried in the past.
