A debt to be paid blood for blood

Now that Containment Agent Marko's brother has been brought back from the death along with the previous Commander Zion, they must struggle to rebuild the Containment Department from the ashes to confront a serial killer who is stalking the brothers and killing marked people, leaving their severed body parts in public places.

But the main suspect is Eiran, the Containment Agent who wrongfully executed Marko's brother twenty years ago and who is still madly in love with him, even after all these decades.
