Everyone knew the Gastrelles were an infamous crime family. Their frightening influence and underground crime syndicate had no bounds, and worse, the law couldn’t touch them. Even when they were found guilty of multiple murders.

Rich people. In the fall of 1963, Mary Loughty, full-time jewel thief and cat burglar, decided none of that was important. Breaking into the heart of the Gastrelle’s home and stealing their most valuable possession would be child’s play.

Unfortunately, fate was not on her side that night.
