Overview

Hannah survived the battle with a fledgling Leviethan a year and some change-ago. Her town still hates and blames her for all their misfortunes, but she has acquired a new best friend, in addition to Clarke, her constant male bestie.

Hannah, Skylar, and Clarke are all training between high school classes. Learning how to be leaders in their various sects of Immortal species. While Senna, the soon to retire leader of the Nix still distrusts Hannah, she has grudgingly accepted her for now.
The teens are summoned to be tested as they are now in their majority year. Hannah and Clarke will soon discover much more than a test administered by the Hidden faction, is on the horizon. Skylar's oldest brother Roger has gone missing in the deep depths beneath the city of Hidden.
Skylar, Hannah, and Clarke take it upon themselves to enter the great city of Hidden, and discover what has become of Roger. They will meet all manners of new people, allies, and enemies hide in plain sight. Nothing is what it seems, and the trio of youthful powerful sleuths will be forced to action.
