Overview

Maya and Taylor are two star crossed lovers from two different worlds. Maya is an aspiring singer who comes from a world of privilege and is eager to explore the world outside the walls of her family home. Taylor comes from a world of struggle which includes a mother who is a recovering drug addict and an absentee father. Maya is also heterosexual while Taylor is a proud member of the LGBTQ community. When their worlds collide unexpectedly, there is no shortage of romance, violence, and drama. Both young women are ultimately faced with the decision to follow their heart or do what they think will make others around them happy. Will their budding romance survive?
