Audrey and Yvette are partners as they explore the stars above, keeping each other company, but doing a job at the end of the day. Yvette finally feels the desire to open up more to Audrey and expand that relationship in a more physical way, which Audrey needs little coaxing to agree to. Then they land on an alien world to survey and that relationship is tested and expanded by the local plant life of the planet, alien yet intelligent. How they handle this mission will determine their future and those of everyone on Earth when they return home.
