Overview

When British Army medic Kate Sanderson arrives at Cobel, an American checkpoint deep inside Afghanistan's Helmand Province, the only thing on her mind is her mission to save lives. There she meets USMC Captain Tyler Jackson, a talented young officer who uses her career as an excuse to avoid personal relationships.
