Overview

As one of the oldest creatures walking the Earth and the last of my kind, I have learned quite a bit about survival. I came to the United States because of the scarcity of vampires. Those bastards always mean trouble for me. For some reason, they are drawn to my blood. Being immortal means many years of captivity until I break free. And, one day, I sensed her presence. A strong energy near me. She was, beyond a doubt, a powerful vampire, but I knew how to escape them. Or did I? I never met a creature just like her; so obstinate, so smart. Vampires are very territorial, but she doesn't seem to care. Still, her beauty was mesmerizing. If she wasn't a vampire, I could even fall in love with her.
