Overview

Bennett
Being a single father means I have to live in reality and Lizzie needs me to be a rock-steady presence that won’t waver when she does, but when I come face to face with the man I spent days avoiding a year ago when we first met, and he doesn’t recognize me, it stings. Luke Riggs might be as handsome as I remember, he might still be the star football player with as many trophies as my friends, but when he tracks me down to apologize for not remembering me, I realize that there’s so much more to learn about the guy that leaves me speechless just from the sight of him. I gave up on romantic love years ago though, and that’s not an easy habit to break. In my experience, being asexual means being a romance repeller. Could Luke be the one to make me feel safe again?

Luke
The last thing I expect to find when I arrive at my boss’ house, is to be met with the sight of an angel gazing down at me. To say Bennett meets me at a disadvantage is the understatement of the century. The man’s impressive in all the ways that count, and even though right now—when half of our fans are begging Gab to fire me, and the other half are begging me to do better—is possibly the worst time ever to date him, that’s what I want. It’s also something I won’t let myself have, not until I’ve gotten my football shit together. But then fate, the universe, God, whatever you want to call it, intervenes, and suddenly, I need Bennett and Lizzie in my life, and once I’m in with them, I’m all in, and there’s nothing I won’t do to become part of their family and to protect them. With both our lives changing drastically, is it possible we can still build something strong and ride out the storm together?

The Definition of Love is a Contemporary MM Writer/Athlete Ace Romance, and Book 5 in the Fan Service Series. While it is a standalone, it would be best enjoyed by reading the series in order. This book has no cliffhangers and ends in a HEA. There are a lot of very gay things happening inside, so if that's not for you, then this book isn't either. If it is, then welcome to the mostly low-angst world of the Fan Service Series, I'm thrilled to have you and hope you enjoy this journey.
