Overview

Still reeling from her divorce, Sylvia decides to drive into the city to spend an afternoon with her closest friend, Marian. She wanted to share how she was managing since she and her husband split. She had been dating other men, and had become quite popular among the singles crowd, but she had also had a fling with a grad student. A female grad student that attended the same college as her daughter.

Sylvia knew if anyone would understand her situation it would be Marian. The two women had been friends since they were teens and shared everything. She wasn't sure she could reveal the one-night stand with the grad student though. When she arrived at Marian's it was just like when they were teens, their husbands were not aware of their strange behavior, they loved to rough house, real slaps and giggles, that to anyone watching it would be hard to tell if they were wrestling or having sex.

The visit to Marian's home was cut short because she had made lunch reservations for the two of them, and they needed to freshen up before going to eat. When the two were at the restaurant, the waitress that waited on them, was obviously smitten with Sylvia. The older woman picked up on it and was torn by the situation. She didn't want Marian to know she was attracted to the waitress; was the reason her fear her friend would be jealous. Despite their long-standing relationship disguised as wrestling neither woman identified as lesbian. Will Sylvia be able to have her cake and eat it too?
