Maybe they’re just best friends.” “They have to be.” “What happens when one of their true-mates shows up?” Michael and Scottie are the favorite ‘well-meaning’ gossip around Glitter Bomb. It’s obvious to everyone that the two obviously share a deep emotional connection. Only they’ve been more or less forbidden from bringing it up. Maybe it’s a superstition about not jinxing it. Maybe it’s because the others know the more they push them together the more worries will crawl between them. Besides, sooner or later everything has to work itself out, right? At least that’s what the Guardians of Glitter Bomb hope will happen when Michael asks Scottie to be his date to his cousin’s wedding in London. Is the gossip right or is friendship enough for these two shifters passing like ships in the night?
