Overview

Prince Alsa’i’s people, the Vitarin, have always been phenomenal warriors, though lately they’ve been warriors in name only. When their planet is absorbed into Queen Jenra’s ever-growing empire, Alsa’i is given no choice but to fight for her in order to keep his people alive. Only one person comes with him: Ina’ir, his trusted bodyguard and closest friend. As their friendship blossoms into something more, Alsa’i finds himself pulled into the intrigues of the royal family. Namely, he finds himself at the mercy of her son, a seemingly-cruel being who has been put in charge of Alsa’i’s fate, and the fate of his people.
